Café Najjar’s quality and production systems are renowned for their traceability techniques, and quality control records are kept for all coffee stages from supplier to consumer.

Implementing our stringent food safety policy involves all employees being individually responsible for the quality of their work, as well as the continual follow-up by management in reviewing the FSMS as necessary to ensure dealing with certified/approved suppliers who are regularly evaluated by the company, and to provide organization and support, equipment and facilities, training and education to all employees, reviewing and auditing performance and driving continuous improvement.
